TESTIMONIALS
Impact has provided a "last chance" for some of our most vulnerable students, for whom the mainstream education system has/does not work. Staff at Impact are firm but caring and work to create a family atmosphere around their students. They are always ready to accommodate our needs and the needs of our students in all matters, it is a true partnership and I am confident that this feeling is reciprocated.

In my role as Chair of Governors with responsibility for Safeguarding and for Students with Special Educational Needs, I have been associated with Terry Breen for many years and can attest to the sensitive, professional and effective working practice of the team at Impact education.
In the main, the students that we have needed to send to Impact have exhausted all avenues in mainstream school, and this is the final intervention before the last resort of a permanent exclusion. Many of our students who have seemingly given up on their educational journey and have subsequently attended Impact, have improved in attitude, attendance and ultimately attainment. Whilst it is true to say that the majority of our students requiring this level of support don't progress in line with KS2 predictions, without this valuable intervention many would leave education with little or no qualifications. This is a valuable resource that has significant impact on the most vulnerable of our hard to reach students.

Impact have worked with Wood Green for a number of years now and have been the Alternative Provider that we turn to when dealing with our most challenging students. The pastoral care and mentoring that they provide for really difficult kids is amazing. The students we send there seem to thrive on the smaller, more nurturing environment that they provide for students.

Oldbury Academy has been working in partnership with Impact for some time and a number of our students currently attend on a full time basis to promote a successful end to their school career and enable them to reach their full potential.Â
The pastoral care for the students is high and the relationships between staff and students are positive. Our students are happy at Impact and feel supported, From our regular meetings, they are settled, have established friendships and have ongoing 1:1 support from staff.
